Privacy notice
Last updated November 5, 2026
SURV MEDIA LLC ("SurvMedia", "we", "us") operates SURVed Business Intelligence ("SURVed BI"), an internal research tool our team uses to study local businesses and plan genuinely one to one outreach. This notice explains what information the service handles, why, how long we keep it and how you can ask us to correct or remove it.
1. Who this notice covers
- Team members who sign in to SURVed BI.
- Business owners and their staff whose businesses appear in our research.
- Visitors who use our public pages, including the removal and access request forms.
2. Information we handle
Account information. Name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), workspace membership, role and activity history such as imports, edits and research runs.
Business information. Business name, address, phone number, website, industry, opening hours, Google rating and review counts, short review excerpts with the reviewer's first name only, website technology and performance results, email domain settings (MX, SPF, DMARC), Florida corporate registry entries including listed officers, county business tax receipts and US Census market statistics.
Business contacts. Only contacts a business publishes itself: a named person with a role shown on the business's website, a published business email such as info@, or an officer named in an official public registry. We never guess or construct email addresses. Each email starts as unverified and changes only after a verification service checks it.
Request form information. Your name, business, email or website domain and message. To limit abuse we store a one way keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself.
Private snapshot activity. Online Health Snapshots use private, unguessable links that normally expire after 90 days. When the page script confirms a view or PDF download, we record the time, general device type and a keyed visitor hash. We do not store the plain IP address or use email tracking pixels. Known scanners and activity within two minutes of an email send are excluded. Repeated views or a download may inform our team's follow up priority, but do not prove who read the snapshot. Links are excluded from search indexing and our sitemap. Anyone you share the private link with can access that version until it expires.
3. Where business information comes from
Published business websites (we respect robots.txt and read only public pages), Google Places and PageSpeed, DataForSEO, Hunter, Reoon and ZeroBounce email verification, the Florida Division of Corporations bulk data files, Florida county public records and the US Census Bureau. Every finding records its source, source link and the date it was retrieved.
4. How we use it
- To understand whether a business could benefit from services we offer, based on documented facts.
- To prepare individual, reviewed outreach drafts. SURVed BI does not send email in this release, and we do not run mass campaigns.
- To operate accounts, keep the service secure, enforce usage limits and keep an audit trail of administrative actions.
- To honor removal and do not contact requests.
- To provide private snapshots and prioritize personal follow up using confirmed snapshot activity, separately from email replies. We do not mention viewing activity in outreach drafts.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
5. Automated assistance
We use an AI model to summarize documented findings, suggest a score and draft opening lines. The model receives only findings already collected from the sources above. A person on our team reviews every draft, and nothing is sent automatically.
6. How long we keep it
- Google Places content: up to 30 days, except Google place identifiers.
- Other research findings, registry records and Census results: while relevant to our work, then reviewed for removal.
- Account and audit records: as long as needed for security, legal obligations and resolving disputes.
- Removal decisions and suppression entries: kept indefinitely, so a removed business is not added again.
- Hashed IP rate limit entries: a rolling 24 hours.
7. Service providers
Lovable Cloud hosts the application, authentication and database. The data providers listed in section 3 receive only what each request needs, such as a business name, website or email address to check. Each provider handles requests under its own terms.
8. Security
Access is limited by role, provider keys stay on the server and every change to sensitive settings is logged. No system is completely secure, and we review issues promptly when they are reported.
9. Your choices
You may ask us to show, correct or remove information about you or your business. Use the Remove my data page or write to us at the address below. We may ask you to confirm you are authorized to act for the business. When we approve a removal, we suppress the business email or website domain across SURVed BI so it is not contacted or added again.
10. Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
